- If car isn’t leaking fluids or safety hazard or using guest space, board won’t get involved
- Does not preclude towing company from towing vehicles it finds on its own accord
- Talk through the updated Budget from GHA
- Updated budget provided by GHA includes our changes
- Board agrees with the budget
- Discuss what to talk during the meeting
- Budget – options the board looked at regarding Assessment increase

- Playground slide repair needed
- New lights. Has lowered power bill a measurable amount
- Repairs are needed for poor existing wiring
- Reminder for cars with expired registration
- Andrew will get a slide deck in Google and share it out to board for content to be added

- Board has approved repairing the current section of wiring that is out

- Homeowners have noticed cables crossing a sidewalk to charge a Tesla
- It does have a cable cover, but is still going over the sidewalk

- Tim will work with Kristen to see what options we presently have and proceed with plan forward.
- Make a decision at next board meeting on how to proceed
- After decision, get updated quotes
- Inquire dimensions of shipment for where it can be delivered
