Meeting called to order at 5:08PM
Andrew, Tim, Heidi, Dan and Heather were in attendance
- Izzy Santa – BWCA is not endorsing, but she has asked if we can spread her contact information. She is running for RA At-Large Director Candidate
- Assessment late fee forgiveness policy
- Intention of performing Late Fee Forgiveness is intended for the ‘oh no I forgot’. Once in a while. Not intended habitual offenders.
- Policy will be: Review previous 4 quarters of assessments, confirm they have been paid in full and in a timely manner. One late fee forgiveness can be requested and given (would be for a single late fee, not for all accumulated late fees). In addition, new cluster members (of less than 1 year) can requestion forgiveness if needed.
- Need to get current situation of abandoned house.
- Reserve contribution needs to replace spent funds
- Assessments need to increase in order to replace the reserve funds spent on the pavement lines & light poles
- Suggestion for adjustment is to increase Assessments to align with replacing funds in reserve with a goal of paying for retainment wall replacement in approx 2026 timeframe plus $100k remaining in fund.
- Tim will email the Board the list of past-due assessments and send reminders and such to help recoup some funds
- Tim will contact GHA about what levels of unpaid assessments trigger reminders, collections, etc.
- Lights
- Came out last week and performed testing regarding the lights that are out. Invoice has been received and is significantly higher than was expected for some basic troubleshooting.
- Report has a lot of good data
- Get together again week of March 11 to go over budget options
- Late March meeting to prep for annual meeting
