Reviewed the status of light pole repairs and remaining maintenance items—Remaining light fixture issue is scheduled for repair and additional touch-up work is pending receipt of materials.
Tree Concerns
Discussed a homeowner request regarding a tree affecting a parked vehicle and plans for removal of a separate damaged tree.
Agreed to schedule a broader neighborhood tree assessment before determining next steps.
Resident will be updated regarding the process.
Parking Concerns
Reviewed procedures for addressing parking concerns and use of community parking spaces.
Resident Requests and Communications
Reviewed the process for responding to resident concerns and expectations for handling requests and escalations.
Board Records and Organization
Discussed recordkeeping, document storage, and board access to historical files and records.
Reviewed a new system for tracking board activities, communications, and action items.
Financial Management
Reviewed budget management, financial records, and access to budget documentation.
Discussed ongoing coordination with the management company regarding financial oversight.
Resident Communications
Considered plans for a community newsletter and additional methods of communicating with residents.
Explored opportunities to improve outreach to new residents and increase awareness of community resources.
Discussed future neighborhood social events and ways to encourage resident involvement, including volunteer support.
