HOA Board Meeting 2023-04-10 Minutes
Called to order at 6:11 pm
Alycia, Robyn, Tim, Lisa, Heidi and Andrew were present for meeting
No community members joined for special interest in joining the board or new items to bring to the Board’s attention.
- Member Roles & Responsibilities
- President, VP, Treasure, Secretary, member at larges
- Alycia is willing to remain on as “member at large” for 6months to a year to help transition
- Robyn is interested in reducing role from VP to another role
- Board Role selection
- Andrew will be President
- Heidi will be VP
- Tim will continue as Secretary
- Alycia will be treasurer
- Robyn will be member at large
- Lisa will be member at large
- Light Replacement DRB Meeting (4/18 @ 7pm)
- Andrew & Heidi will be able to attend
- Tree Replacement & Upkeep
- Tree near 1581 needs attention
- Will be contacting arborists for survey of those that need attention
- Quotes for Parking Lot Painting
- 2 quotes received
- $3900
- Around $7000
- Third company requires significant amount of information before quote can be generated
- If cars are not moved, there will be additional fees to tow the vehicle out of the way
- Owner of towed vehicle will be required to pay for the towing
- Heidi will inquire with Tommy about previous company used
- Tim will check archived emails
- Next HOA meeting May 15 @6pm
