Began by identifying the board members and their role.
Went over presentation slide show.
Robert Brown asked if the abandoned house is paying dues
Bruce Bently asked if increase in fees are allowing payments for new projects in cluster
Erin expressed concern about fees being increased due to others not paying dues
Zoom poll was created for how to replace light poles & short term rentals
Cluster members have decided that the Board will work with vendor for phased approach, half & half
Questions asked if the board members can receive some sort of HOA fee discount or other compensation? — This is not allowed
Lisa Caputo has volunteered for a 1 year term
Heidi Moe has also volunteered
Jake Nahorniak has volunteered for member-at-large if multiple members of a household can serve
Mike Madden is working with RA about the pickle ball noise
