HOA Board Meeting 2023-06-15 Minutes
Meeting called to order at 6:07PM
Heidi, Alycia, Tim and Andrew were in attendance
- Parking line painting update
- Vendor was on vacation. Has returned to office and is working on getting the work scheduled. Potentially late July or early August.
- Will deconflict timing with Church, to minimize impacts with using their parking lot.
- School will be out, so their parking would be available if needed.
- Will deconflict with Light pole replacement work
- Light pole replacement status
- Vendor received shipping dates for all parts. Anticipating late July for beginning of work.
- Will deconflict with parking line painting
- Parking enforcement (visitor spots & expired tags)
- Notice has been placed on one of a set of three cars that belong to a single household that have been rotating cars between two assigned spots and a visitor parking space.
- Summer Newsletter
- Will work on a new newsletter
- Updated rules
- Updates have been drafted and the Board agrees on the changes. Will pass to Cluster Lawyers to ensure they are valid and appropriate.
- Sinking areas around sewer drains
- Heidi will get additional information
- Will engage with Fairfax Water about what may be able to be done or who to contact
- Vacant position(s)
- Will reach out to interested parties to join at the next meeting to gauge interest
- Next meeting July 20 @6pm
