Called to order at 06:00pm
Alycia, Andrew & Robyn present.
Community member Jordan joined for a board member’s signature for approval for window installation. Alycia provided a signature post meeting.

Jordan liked the message board out front and really enjoys the neighborhood.

Jordan logged off the zoom meeting at 06:11pm.

Topics:

• Talking about new parking regulations:
• Need a new numbering map and layout to reflect the current parking situation (Parking schematic)
• Planning to repaint in the spring after plows come through.
• Reach out to the company before to request the schematic from whomever did it before. (Propave, we did this in 2018)
• Reviewed the new parking rules document for approval pending the new parking map
• How do we enforce the rules of cars that are not legally registered?
• Reaching out to Leslie for getting details:
• Can we prohibit parking of RV’s involved with #10
• Also how do we enforce these rules involving cars with expired tags, and other traffic based violations.
• Having easier policies for future rules around parking
• Creating a separate trash document
• Create from old rules and put it into a new document
• Adjusting the rule from coming in from 7pm to 10pm
• Andrew can rearrange the trash rules document and organize it for the use.
• Reviewing the light pole fixture replacement for future upgrades
• Replacing 1 fixture is $6,435.88
• Replacing all of them is $135,135
• Mentioned need to raise the budget/dues for the neighborhood to keep up with increase in maintenance costs.
• Board should do a HOA survey of rates for comparisons with others in the area.
• Voted to replace the 1 light pole right away, and work on funding/DRB applications for the others.

• Tim/Alycia will proceed with the DRB application.
