HOA Board Meeting 2022-10-12
Called to order at 06:18pm
Alycia, Andrew & Tim present.
- Topics:
- DRB inspection reviewed trees that were replaced over the past year and provided feedback.
- Some trees were noted as not being approved by the DRB. They were also not planted with approval from the HOA Board
- Approved trees that need attention will be dealt with after winter.
- Fall Newsletter & community event
- Andrew will work to create a Fall newsletter with a few points of info to keep it simple
- Andrew will look into possible food trucks or activities
- Painting of parking spots
- Alycia will request information from previous painting company
- Will contact companies, but likely not to be re-painted till after winter
- Sona resignation from board
- Empty position should be filled.
- Commitment could be limited to completing the term until April 2024
- Time investment is only one hour meeting per month plus emails throughout the month and other tasks as able
- Will include in Fall newsletter, Facebook, Nextdoor, website, email distribution and postal mail soliciting volunteers.
