Meeting called to order at 5:04PM
Dan, Heather, Andrew, Tim were in attendance
1) Branch at parking space A4 is about 8ft off ground. Branch is about 1inch thick.
a. Exploring options to remove at best cost considering.
b. Tim will contact Town & Country to have it trimmed during their next visit
2) Save-a-tree quote from walk around of Cluster for trees that need attention
a. Will assess severity of identified trees
3) Financials
a. Landscaping is over estimates, due to all the fallen tree branches that have had to be cleaned up
b. Many properties are late on a single assessment. Will contact Gates Hudson about back end autopayment system, which may be why the increase in missed assessments.
4) Slide Update
a. Mulch was installed
b. Bench was lowered into ground
c. Playground was pressure washed and is clean
d. Need to investigate companies that can perform regular inspections of playground
e. Both slides that will be included in the current repair plan. Parts are currently being made.
5) 1618 Status update
a. Facebook post about cleaning up bushes
b. Tree in backyard looks like it may be in bad shape
c. Dan will check out the back tree and provide the Facebook post information to Lawyers to see if additional impacts (rodents in attic, tree in back yard, etc) can help to get something done about this house.
d. Heather and Tim will take photos of house this weekend for point in time reference.
6) Corporate Transparency Act
a. Need to complete this
b. GHA and ReeseBroom have offered to help
c. Andrew will run this down and figure out how to complete
