Meeting called to order at 6:03PM
Andrew, Tim, Dan, Heidi, Kristen and Heather were in attendance

• Andrew has received quotes for landscaping, but need someone on the ground to meet the vendors
○ 1663-1667 area specifically for the erosion
○ Heidi has spoken with the homeowner
○ Kristen will coord with a vendor to review the area
○ Previous reserve studies also recommended native plants to assist with erosion
• Tim has received a quote for the replacement to damaged playground slide
○ Warranty still applies for a portion
○ $240 for part, $750 for shipping. $990 total
○ Post to NextDoor & Facebook about safety hazard
○ Tim will look for a company to perform installation
• Dan will contact Lighting company to finish the light replacement project
• A/C window unit installed in house
○ Believed that Reston Association prohibits window units
○ Investigation into the RA Rules to identify and provide warning to home
• Will need to send reminders for unkept yards
• Tim will distribute to the board updated Rules & Regulations for review and adoption
• Will distribute/post dog leash requirements also dog poop clean up responsibilities
○ Anyone can call animal control on anyone else’s dog or pet. Not limited to HOA Board.
○ Will investigate animal control permissions within the Cluster
• Reminders to owners regarding HOA Due’s. Homes are paying late or not at all and costs are adding up.
• Abandoned house is still not being kept up. Bushes and trees look to have the potential to be damaging the building. Tree growing through back deck.
○ Will engage with lawyers about how to handle this situation
• Parking violations
○ A homeowner is parking personal vehicles in 2 visitor parking spaces, despite spaces clearly labeled as ‘Visitor’
○ Certified Letter will be mailed
○ If situation is not remedied, enforcement will be required
