Board Meeting 05/28/25
Meeting began at 5:35PM
In attendance: Christine, Kristen, Heather, Heidi, Dan
- Board positions finalized, new positions formalized and voted on (Dan – President, Heidi – VP, Kristen- Treasurer, Christine – Secretary, Heather- MAL , Mary- MAL)
- Reviewed budget – on track for reserve replenishment however new unexpected costs due to fallen trees reaffirm the need for a reserve study to take place. Board to review reserve study proposals.
- Fallen trees – Board plans to add a “What to do if a tree falls?” Section to the website per RA input
- Board discussed progress on erosion issues — working on getting estimates to complete work
- Discussed other outstanding action items and how to track tasks for follow up.
- Discussed organizing a neighborhood community cleanup per community member’s idea.
