- Tree maintenance
- Dan walked around with RA in October. RA identified some issues as being their responsibility. Waiting on follow up email for resolution. Trees confirmed to be BWCA responsibility, Dan walked the cluster with SavATree to get quote on trees to be addressed. One tree had fallen (behind 1614/1616 building) during bad weather recently, no damage. It has been removed. Other trees are also included in quote to have trees removed to avoid damage.
- Financial Report
- We’ve spent more than planned on Common Area upkeep (Andrew will request details). Potentially due to trees and playground repairs. However, we are under spent on Professional Services to a nearly equal amount. Money will only be pulled from Reserve if we need it, otherwise operating cash is still healthy.
- Reserves are in line with expected plan as approved at 2024 Annual Meeting

- Snow Removal
- Plowing has been done well, could have been better timed, but multiple storm fronts didn’t help. Snow melt is put down during plowing. Recommend no changes to contract.
- New newsletter should be sent out. Include a note about volunteering for the board, Andrew & Tim’s positions are available this year. Include usual reminders, pet clean up, visitor parking, trash in cans.
- Will add a form to website to nominate to run for the board.
- Tim is willing to continue to support the HOA via updating the webpage, but no longer being an Officer
- Need to pick date for 2025 Annual Meeting and advertise date as early and widely as possible.
